Quarterly Pest Management

Our most popular service. Great for suburban single family dwellings!

Quarterly treatment of exterior and interior perimeters with residual spray
Quarterly baiting for mice using tamper-resistant boxes placed in strategic areas including attached garages, basements and attics
Summer service for bee or wasp issues
Service Guarantee - covers all common crawling insects including ants, spiders, centipedes and millipedes as long as scheduled management is maintained.

Monthly Pest Management

Great for city dwellers or those who live in attached homes or apartments. Unfortunately you can never be sure what pests may be on the other side of that adjoining wall and a monthly service is the best way to keep those pests from infesting your home!

Summer-Only Exterior Service

Head off summer pests BEFORE they have a chance to come inside! Our summer-only service starts when the weather begins to get warm (March/April) and continues monthly throughout the spring and summer and into the beginning of fall (October/November). This service is especially helpful in controlling stinkbugs which can never completely be eliminated but can be controlled by monthly exterior sprays.

Service Includes:

Monthly treatment of exterior only with residual spray from March or April - October or November.
